The Plot
Hamari Adhuri Kahani is the story of Vidya (Vidya Balan) and Karan (Emraan Hashmi) who find love when least expected. Single mother Vidya’s life revolves around giving her son the life she never had. Karan is a magnate with no time for relationships, living behind a facade of creating luxury hotels. When fate makes the two meet, Vidya finds her chance of a lifetime to escape her past, while giving Karan a peek into a world of possibilities. But just as they begin to see a future together, Vidya’s past comes back to haunt her as her husband Hari (Rajkummar Rao) returns to stake his claim.
