BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — According to a recent news release, Attorney General Raúl Labrador joined an 18-state coalition supporting Tennessee's defense of its Adult Entertainment Act (AEA).
The release says the law does not ban drag shows and applies only to certain forms of adult entertainment that are sexual or explicit performances. The law does not prohibit those performances, but it requires this type of adult entertainment to occur in adult-only zones and prohibits such entertainment on public property.

Emergency manager Mike Heston has activated the City Emergency Management Plan and assumed the role of incident commander.

Nine soldiers were killed when two Army Black Hawk helicopters crashed during a training exercise in Kentucky on Wednesday night, officials said Thursday morning.
The crash occurred at around 10 p.m. local time (11 p.m. ET) in Trigg County, west of Fort Campbell, the Army base said in a statement early Thursday. The two HH-60 Black Hawk medical evacuation aircraft were engaged in a training exercise, officials said. All nine soldiers were based at Fort Campbell in the 101st Airborne Division.
